WHAT YOU WILL LEARN...
You will learn:
- How to create shapes using core wool
- How to create a sculpture witH a partial armature
- How to needle felt realistic eyes
- How to create realistic claws and feet (new method not shared before)
- How to blend colours for a realistic coat (both for short fur (using carded fibre) and longer fur (using tops)).
- How to add fur using the long fur technique
Please note:
This project contains a tiny bit of optional, basic wet felting.
Finished Size:
body length is approximately 20cm from the back of the head to the tip of the tail, measured horizontally across the sculpture. Body height is approximately 15cm from the sole of feet to the tip of the highest ear. Sculpture is free standing, with legs and neck that can be posed.
